What is your shipping policy?

Screech Owl Design will ship all orders within 1-3 days. We will notify our customers within 24 hrs if for some reason your purchase order was unable to be processed. There is a six card minimum purchase order or single box set.

What is your return/exchange policy?

Please notify us within 24 hrs in the event that your merchandise has been damaged during shipment. In such a case, we will exchange the item if desired or credit your account. Screech Owl Design will exchange items that are shipped back to us in their original packaging in resalable condition. In such a case, freight costs will be the responsibility of the customer.
